An intrepid group of nine ladies made the trip from the snow-battered Mid-Atlantic region to Chapel Hill last weekend for the Carolina Blue Cup. Without a rookie goalie, and little time to practice, it was not known how well the team would play in this event.
Preparing to Play
While the players played very beautiful, skilled handball, the lack of practice time hindered their efforts. As exhaustion set in, each of the ladies still tried their hardest, despite the many bruises and icepacks being collected.
Fun Will Still Had By All
Still, the ladies enjoyed thier weekend in Carolina, and look forward to more handball in the future!

We are scrimmaging Philadelphia Revolution this Saturday. If you haven’t played with us, or if you haven’t played before, come out and join us anyway if you can; you will get a chance to play, learn the sport, and/or meet our team firsthand.
